Q. How do I make a purchase? How do I place an order?
• It is very easy to place an order on www.gauravguptastudio.com.
• Browse our products by clicking on 'SHOP MEN's' or 'SHOP WOMEN's' to find what you'd like to buy.
• Once you have found a product you want to buy, select your size and click on the 'ADD TO BAG’ button next to each product.
• Review the items in your shopping cart by clicking the 'SHOPPING BAG' icon at the top right of the page. You can use the 'REMOVE' link under the ‘Qty’ to delete items from your shopping bag as well.
• Click on ‘CHECKOUT’ to complete your order.

Q. Do I need to sign up for placing an order?
No you can choose to checkout as a guest. However, signing up/ creating an account is easy. You can also sign up through your Facebook or G+ account. This enables www.gauravguptastudio.com to serve you better.

Q. How can I check the status of my order?
We will email you the tracking number once your order is shipped. You can track the order on the concerned courier partner’s website. We use UPS for international deliveries and Javas or Bluedart for deliveries in India.

Q. Can I add items to an existing order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order if you have clicked on ‘CHECKOUT’. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order which contains all the items.

Q. How will I know that you have received my order & when will the payment be deducted?
After you place your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from us. The payment is deducted from your card after you submit your card details and checkout. In the rare instance that any of the items you ordered is not available, we will contact you by email and will reimburse the value of the item.

We accept both credit and debit cards. The amount due on purchase is charged on the card once you confirm to make the payment.

No. All taxes are a part of the prices you see on the site. What you see is what you pay.

Q. How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?
In case it’s an order from the US, product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties. If a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected, product prices displayed are not inclusive of all taxes and duties and you are liable for all duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in.

Q. Are The Colors of Products Shown On The Website Accurate?
Products on www.anjanamisra.com are designer, mostly hand crafted and specially chosen for you. Due to the intricate and exclusive nature of the products available on our website, we ensure that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is closest to the product. However, there may be minor variations in the color of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your monitor and the actual product.

Q. What if an item is Sold Out and I want to buy it?
If an item appears as ‘SOLD OUT’ you can can opt to WAITLIST/ WISHLIST item. You may also send us a request at info@anjanamisra.com
