We ship within India from our New Delhi office via Blue Dart & shipping is currently free for all Indian orders. Once your item has been processed & dispatched it is usually delivered within 3-7 days*.

Shipping Processing Time
On the product page for each item, you’ll see a dispatch estimate. E.g. 4-6 weeks. Some of the items are already in stock and they ship much quicker.
However some items are made to order & are manufactured based on your measurements, which takes a longer time. In case you have questions regarding the shipment time please email us at email@example.com
Orders Multiple Objects
If your order has multiple products with different dispatch dates, all the products are shipped as one shipment, once all products in your order are ready.
However, if you wish to receive some products earlier, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, we shall do the needful.
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgment. This will be followed by another e-mail once we have verified your payment details and approved your order for shipping.
In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an e-mail detailing the issue and possibly requesting further information.
You will receive regular e-mail updates on the delivery status of your order. You can also check the status in the My Account section of anjanamisra.com or on www.ups.com by inserting the tracking number supplied.

- Can I alter my item?
In case you ordered the wrong size or the product doesn’t fit you, we can offer to alter it without a charge. However you will have to bear shipping charges. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org further assistance

Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it. No cancellations beyond 24 hours will be entertained barring extenuating circumstances (i.e. National Holiday). Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of www.anjanamisra.com.
A cancelled order will result in a credit to the users credit card/account. Refunds will be processed in a form of credit to their Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 7 business days.
All alterations have a minimum lead-time of 12 – 20 days depending on the extent of alteration required.
www.anjanamisra.com takes 4 days to confirm the alteration after receiving a request. An alteration request is considered confirmed only when anjanamisra.com approves it.
